The recipes of capon from the Dauphin\u00e9, rabbit from the open air and beef from the Chambarans are also exquisite. And if you like p\u00e2t\u00e9, try the “caillette de Chabeuil”, a small p\u00e2t\u00e9 made with liver and pork meat with fine herbs.<\/p>\n
If you don’t know the Royans speciality, treat yourself to ravioles. These are delicious fresh soft wheat pasta, stuffed with comt\u00e9 cheese, fromage blanc and parsley.<\/p>\n
Finally, truffles deserve to be tasted, freshly harvested in the Tricastin, the Dr\u00f4me Valley or the Coteaux de Romans.<\/p>\n
Impossible to make the impasse on the nougat of Mont\u00e9limar. Its white or black colour and its texture (soft or hard), make the happiness of the amateurs of quality sweets.<\/p>\n
A small hollow? Opt for the pogne de Romans, an egg brioche, delicately flavoured with orange blossom or, sometimes, rum.<\/p>\n
